Key Policy Changes
UXI Hardware and subscriptions can no longer be sold with hardware-only (HW) support (H59U3E, H59U5E, H59V1E, H60A5E, H60A7E, H60B3E).
New sales of UXI Hardware can include Full Foundational Care if support is required (H59U2E, H59U6E, H59V2E, H60A4E, H60A4E, H60B4E).
For Existing Customers (Purchased Before 1 June 2025). If you purchased UXI Hardware and subscriptions without Foundational Care before 1 June 2025 and want to renew:
You can include Foundational Care as part of your renewal or just renew the subscription.
Action Required
Contact your sales representative and request to add Full Foundational Care to your renewal.
Review your current support agreements and ensure your agreements are updated and compliant with the new policy.
If you have any issues with quotes done in the 90 days before June 1st, 2025, please work with the deals desk to get approval on the validity of the quote.
