The sensor's firmware is updated automatically to the latest version when it comes online over the air. All updates to sensor software are posted periodically on our updates page.
How does the UXI sensor's software version upgrade work?
When a new software version is available from the UXI cloud, connected online sensors will automatically receive it. No human interventions are required.
During an upgrade, the LED on the sensor would be blinking white.
Please do not unplug the sensor during the software version upgrade.
Is there a way in the dashboard to view the software version of sensors?
For our software running on the sensor, all sensors run the same software for all customers. You never have to worry about upgrading from one version to another, updates are made automatically. We don’t display the version of our software in the dashboard since they are always on the latest version.
