Data collected by the sensor is made available for download through the dashboard.

Raw data can be downloaded under the Actions section of the sensor page on your dashboard.

Clicking on the “Download Data” button will present you with a screen allowing you to configure your raw data download. You can specify which email address you would like to receive the report and also select the timeframe for the report.

Once submitted, you will receive an email at the specified address. The email will contain a download link to the raw data. If you do not receive a link, or the link has expired, please contact support via support@capenetworks.com or the chat bubble on the dashboard.
