When your UXI Cloud Subscription is due for renewal, you will receive a 90, 60, and 30-day notification in the dashboard and via email.

You will also receive a banner at the top of your dashboard when you have 30 days left.


To access a quote for your renewal, please contact your local Aruba HPE Account Team, or your preferred Partner.


Once your order is complete, you will receive an email from Aruba with your subscription key.


Note: If you do not receive this email, please contact your partner to ensure they input the correct end-user address on the order.


When you have your subscription key, you can either email the support team your subscription key or activate it on our activation page using the renewal option.
