UXI Subscription Renewals - A Step-by-Step Process:

A. If the customer knows who their account manager is:

The customer should contact the account manager and inform the account manager that they would like to purchase renewal subscriptions.

B. If the customer does not know who their account manager is:

The customer should contact the UXI renewals team via uxi.renewals@hpe.com and inform the renewals team that they would like to purchase renewal subscriptions but that they do not know who their account manager is. The UXI renewals team will locate the customer’s account manager and inform them that the customer would like to purchase renewal subscriptions.

From here on the steps are the same for everyone (A and B):

  1. The account manager will determine the number of subscriptions the customer would like to purchase and if the customer would like 1yr/3yr/5yr subscriptions.

  2. Once the customer confirms the subscription renewal information with the account manager, the account manager will then generate a quote for the customer.

  3. The account manager then forwards the quote to the customer. The customer then asks their distributor to get a proper price quote and place the order.

  4. Once the order is placed, the customer will receive their subscription key via email.

  5. The account manager will then reach out to the customer to determine the number of renewal subscriptions the customer would like to purchase and if the customer would like 1yr/3yr/5yr subscriptions.

  6. Once the customer confirms the subscription renewal information with the account manager, the account manager will then generate a quote for the customer.

  7. A Services and Support Renewal contract does NOT include Cloud and LTE subscriptions and won't give you access to the dashboard. UXI Cloud and LTE subscriptions are separate line items. Partners and account managers need to ensure that the correct items are quoted.

  8. The account manager then forwards the quote to the customer. The customer then asks their distributor to get a proper price quote and places the order.

  9. When placing an order, the customer’s contact/email/company details must be included to ensure they receive the new subscription key. If the customer’s end details are not included, the subscription cannot be allocated.

  10. The customer will receive their subscription key via email. This subscription key should be entered on the "subscription management" page to reactivate the account.

If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact the UXI
renewals support team.

Managing UXI subscriptions
UXI Cloud and LTE (Cellular) subscriptions can be managed by clicking on “Settings” and navigating to the “Subscriptions” page. The subscriptions page will indicate if the subscriptions are up-to-date and when they expire:

Notifications are sent 90, 60 and 30 days before the UXI Cloud and LTE subscription is due for renewal. Chat messages or posts in the dashboard look like this:

There are also banner notifications at the top of your circles' page indicating that subscriptions are due to expire.

15 days in advance:

3 days in advance:

There is also a 30-day grace period after the subscription expiry date:

When subscriptions expire, the screen indicates the need to renew subscriptions:

Should you decide not to renew your UXI Cloud and LTE subscriptions, you are granted a 30-day grace period. When this time elapses, you will be locked out of your dashboard.
