3.a. Important Ordering Information for both 3.b. & 3.c. below:
Your HPE Aruba Networking account manager or preferred certified partner can assist you in generating a quote for your subscription renewal.
Services and Support Renewal contracts exclude Cloud and/or Cellular(LTE) UXI subscriptions and will not give you access to your UXI dashboard.
UXI Cloud and LTE subscriptions are separate line items. Your HPE Aruba Networking account manager or preferred certified partner must ensure that the correct subscriptions are quoted for your order.
We currently have Cellular and Non-cellular sensors:
Cellular sensors require valid Cloud and LTE subscriptions to operate.
Non-cellular sensors require a valid Cloud subscription to operate.
If your current subscription expires, a valid Cloud and/or Cellular(LTE) UXI subscription is required to reactivate your dashboard.
To ensure that you receive an email from HPE Aruba Networking with your UXI subscription(s) in time, your account manager/partner must include your company details on your order. If your account manager/partner excludes your company details, you may not receive your subscription(s) in time.
3.b. How to Renew Subscriptions with Assistance from your HPE Aruba Networking Account Manager and Preferred Certified Partner
Please follow the steps below if you have an HPE Aruba Networking account manager:
Contact your HPE Aruba Networking account manager and inform them:
That you would like to renew your UXI subscriptions.
Which subscription service (Cloud and/or Cellular)?
The number of subscriptions you would like to order.
If you would like to order a 1-year, 3-year or 5-year Cloud and/or Cellular (LTE) subscription?
The account manager then generates and sends your provisional quote to you.
Once you receive your quotation, please work with your account manager to forward your quotation to your preferred certified partner and request assistance with the placement of your order.
Your preferred certified partner will generate a new quotation and forward you the finalised quote and assist you in placing your order.
When placing an order your preferred certified partner must ensure that your company’s details are included in the order details in order for you to receive your subscription in time.
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email from HPE Aruba Networking with your subscription.
Lastly, you add your new subscription to your account by following the steps outlined below in point 4. "Adding UXI Subscriptions to Your Dashboard".
If you do not receive your UXI subscription, please do not hesitate to contact your certified partner and request that they email your HPE Software delivery receipt. The HPE Software delivery receipt includes your HPE order number and User Experience Insight subscription.
3.c. How to Renew Your Subscriptions with Assistance from a Certified Partner (i.e. No Account Manager Required)
