If you no longer wish to use User Experience Insight and want to delete your account, follow these steps.
HPE GreenLake Cloud Users
If your UXI dashboard is hosted on the HPE GreenLake Cloud Platform, you can manually unassign users from the UXI application or delete them from your workspace. Go to Workspace identity & access -> Users and locate a specific user. You can edit the user and remove the UXI assignments to remove the user from your UXI application or select Actions and delete the user to remove the user from your workspace.

HPE GreenLake Cloud UXI Dashboards
To remove User Experience Insight from your HPE GreenLake Cloud Platform, go to the service catalog and select User Experience Insight. Select the tab Region and follow the steps to remove UXI from the region. Warning: This action cannot be undone.

Stand Alone Dashboard Users
If your UXI dashboard is not yet on the HPE GreenLake Cloud Platform, you can manually unassign users from the UXI application by navigating to Settings -> Teams. Once you find the user you'd like to remove, you can select the pencil icon to edit and the trash can icon to remove the user.

Stand Alone Dashboards
To archive your stand-alone UXI dashboard, you must contact UXI Support.
Data Anonymization and Deletion
If you submit a support request to delete your dashboard account, sensitive data such as network credentials and web app test files will be deleted; non-sensitive data will be anonymized.
