For new dashboards on the GreenLake Cloud Platform, login is controlled through GLP; therefore, you cannot reset your password through UXI directly.
The steps below apply only to existing UXI dashboards, not to UXI dashboards on GLP.
Reset Your Password
To reset or change your password, you must be logged out of the dashboard. If you are currently logged in, go to Settings β My Account and click on Logout.
On the Log in screen, click the Forgot password? button located under the login form.
Type in the email address you use to sign into the dashboard and click on Reset Password.
You should receive a Password Reset email. Follow the directions in the email to reset your password.
