UXI is now available for new customers on the Greenlake Cloud Platform (GLP). Check out the article Getting Started with User Experience Insight on the HPE Greenlake Cloud Platform and the Frequently Asked Questions for information.

For new dashboards on the Greenlake Cloud Platform, you will not be able to switch accounts from within the UXI application. UXI can only be assigned to one GLP workspace, so to switch between dashboards you will need to navigate back to GLP by selecting the HPE Greenlake logo in the top left of your screen and switching to a different workspace.

The screens and buttons below apply only to existing UXI dashboards, not to UXI dashboards on GLP. If you have been given access to multiple of these UXI dashboard accounts, you can use our switch company feature. 

On the dashboard page, on the top right, a user can click on the switch company button (shown below):

The switch company button will display your current active company. The user can now click on this button or press a shortcut key, W, on their keyboard and they will see a list of other companies they have been added to as a linked user.

Clicking on “Demo Company” will take you to that company’s dashboard.
